Common Sourcing Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
For samples: 200g free of charge (you pay courier). For commercial orders: minimum 1×20ft FCL (~25 MT). Smaller orders possible for new customers on first trial shipment.
What ports do you ship from?
Primary export port: Xiamen(XM). We recommend FOB quotation.
What documents do you provide?
Standard shipment documents: COA, packing list, commercial invoice, B/L, certificate of origin.
What is the lead time?
Standard grades: 15–20 days from order confirmation. Custom particle size: 20–25 days. We maintain safety stock of all 7 standard grades.
What packaging options are available?
Standard: 40 kg/bag (PP woven with PE inner lining), palletised. Antai brand packing or Blank Packing. Custom packaging on request.
Can you customise particle size or ZrO₂ content?
Yes. Our R&D team can develop bespoke specifications. Please share your technical datasheet and we will assess feasibility and quote accordingly.
